On August 17th, the same day the Tarifkommission (TK) learned that the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) had been rejected, the TK requested a meeting with the BIS Board to discuss this decision. The TK was offered a slot in the Board meeting on September 24th - five and a half weeks later. On September 10th the TK formally requested an extraordinary meeting with the BIS Board before September 16th and were told once again that they had a slot in the September 24th Board meeting.
